Local Employment Planning Council

The Local Employment Planning Council will be a collaborative approach to drive local workforce planning and delivery of employment and training services. The Local Employment Planning Council is intended to address identified challenges and test innovative approaches to address local labour market needs in partnership with stakeholders in the local community. The model developed for the London Economic Region, which includes the Counties of Elgin, Middlesex and Oxford and the Cities of London and St. Thomas, will include input from workforce planning initiatives currently underway in the local area.
