  Education Requirements: Grade 10 or equivalent.

  Training Hours: Complete 3,844 to 7,200 hours of on-the-job training and three 8-week in-class technical training sessions for this apprenticeship.

  Carpenters assemble and erect wood and metal frame construction, as well as falsework and forms for concrete. They may also install interior and exterior finishing metals.
