Small and Micro businesses make up 97% of all businesses in the London Economic Region and are a vital component of our local economy. However, these businesses often lack the resources and dedicated HR staff to compete effectively for top talent and stay updated on competitive practices.

From employer feedback highlighted in the 2024 EmployerOne Survey 81% were micro to small businesses and only 20% indicated they have access to quality resources. Local events with practical information as well as a complimentary repository of resources will be developed to address these challenges.

Three events will be hosted across the London Economic Region. Each will showcase local businesses and the supports they accessed to help them be successful.
