Businesses need supports that are unique to them. A new survey has launched to understand the changes businesses have undergone in the London Economic Region over the past months of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Hiring, training and retention have changed, and the needs of businesses are different and unique. That matters. The survey is built around precision and efficiency to get answers that will help inform public hiring, training and retention programs as they adapt to a new economic landscape. While many businesses have experienced decreases in employment, others have yet to understand the full extent of these decreases and yet more businesses may be lacking access to a critically needed workforce now and into the future. It’s up the community to support these businesses with information that targets their specific needs.
